Together with Mr. Phan Nhat Minh, Mrs. Binh continues to leverage her abilities in the role of Chief Executive Officer at SI Group, where she contributes to business development and strategic shaping of the company.

Since the restructuring in 2019, Mrs. Binh has successfully built the SI ecosystem around the areas of: Global immigration and settlement; International real estate; Import-export business & Financial investment.

Lesly Benoit is a distinguished diplomat and executive with extensive expertise in management and marketing strategies. As a former administrator, he demonstrated senior leadership skills while overseeing the operations of the Presidential Palace of Haiti. 

Currently, Mr. Benoit serves as the Deputy General Director of SI Group in Vietnam. 

During his tenure as the Haitian Ambassador to Vietnam and Special Envoy to ASEAN, he played a pivotal role in fostering robust trade and commercial ties between Haiti and Southeast Asian nations. 

Mr. Benoit is a skilled negotiator and networker, having engaged with heads of state and dignitaries globally. He boasts a proven track record in fundraising and collaboration with aid agencies, NGOs, and civil society organizations to support and implement vital development programs. Multilingual and accomplished, he continues to make significant contributions to international diplomacy and development.

Greg McKean, as the former Director of Migration Queensland, represents the state of Queensland in collaborating with the Australian Government to attract skilled migrants and eligible business people through state nomination visa programs. With a deep understanding of the needs of businesses, he has consistently demonstrated a comprehensive view of the labor market, enabling him to make informed decisions and successfully develop and implement programs to attract international talent.

From 2015 to 2023, under his leadership, international talent attraction programs have achieved remarkable results, with 4,000 entrepreneurs and 16,000 skilled workers.. This achievement not only significantly contributes to workforce diversity but also attracts approximately $4 billion in investment to Queensland, boosting the state’s economic growth and solidifying Queensland’s position as a compelling destination for global investors and workers.

Prior to assuming the role of Director of Migration Queensland, Greg McKean had a diverse career spanning various senior positions in policy, trade, and investment roles at both state and federal levels.
