Applicants
- Age: From above 18 years old
- No criminal records

Real estate investment
An applicant has two options:
- Buy a property with a minimum value of EUR 700,000; or
- Rent a property with a minimum value of EUR 16,000 per year
An applicant must hold this property for at least 5 years
Non-refundable Government contribution
Non-refundable Government contribution:
- EUR 600,000 if getting citizenship after 3 years of residency
- EUR 750,000 if getting citizenship after 1 year of residency
Non-Government contribution
At least EUR 10,000 for Non-Government Organization
Health insurance
Full health insurance for an applicant and their families in residence time
PROCEDURE
Review the profile and sign a contract with SI Group
