Applicants
- Age: From above 18 years old
- Meet all health requirements
- No criminal records
Minimum investment capital
- EUR 250,000 in a real estate fund investment. This funds:

- Must be own by an applicant for at least 5 years
- A minimum of 40% net asset value must be invested in residential real estate in Hungary.
OR
- EUR 1 million in community donation that are transferred through designated asset management funds.

Apply for a guest investor visa (valid for 2 years)
