Applicants

Age: From 21 to 59 years old
Meet all health requirements
No criminal records

Minimum individual net worth

Have a minimum individual net worth of CAD 600,000 (including the inheritance, only borrowed and donated assets are not approved)

Invest

Invest at least CAD 150,000 to open a new business or buy at least 1/3 of the company’s equity in 12 months immediately when come to PEI

Work experience

At least 3 years in 5 years immediately before applying for this visa and managing at least 3 employees

Foreign language

CLB 4 (English) or NCLC 4 (French)
