At least 3 years of owning a business (holding a minimum company’s equity of 33.3%); or
At least 3 years as a senior manager

Educational qualifications

Graduate from high school

Foreign language

CLB 5 (English) or NCLC 5 (French)

Investment

At least CAD 250,000 to set up a new business or buy a business that is operating in Winnipeg Metropolitan Region; or
At least 150,000 to set up a new business or buy a business that is operating outside of the Winnipeg Metropolitan Region.

A minimum individual net worth of CAD 500,000
