- The EB-2A visa (advanced degree): Bachelor degree
- The EB-2B visa (exceptional ability): Award or evidence demonstrates exceptional ability
- The EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver): Prove that outstanding ability and consistent US needs
Experience
- The EB-2A: At least 5 years of experience in training fields and has advancement in their work
- The EB-2B: At least 10 years of experience, proves that outstanding ability in science, technology, art and business
