Applicants
- Age: From above 18 years old
- Meet all health requirements
- No criminal records
Proof of funds
Education
Completed a minimum of high school education equivalent to the Canadian education standard (require ECA if an applicant studies outside of Canada)
Language requirements

If the job offer is for NOC 0, 1, 2, or 3 occupation, an applicant must have CLB 5 (English) or NCLC 5 (French)

If the job offer is for NOC 4 or 5 occupation, an applicant must have CLB 4 (English) or NCLC 4 (French)
Work experience
At least 12 months in 18 months immediately before applying for this visa
Job offer
Full-time (at least 30 hours/week) from a sponsored employer in Alberta
