The little half ball round silver beads sit between long clear tube beads and make and amazing contrast against the black

It creates little rows with looped "balls" all along each and has a slight 3D effect too

It is cut in a wide A-line so as long as the shoulders fit it is quite easy to wear for a variety of figures

My client is sure that it had that label at one time and I have a very similar one that is shorter in my archives so am quite confident that it is indeed a Starr. The fabric is a fabulous metallic thread with an underlying pretty pattern under the gold thread that is woven through the fabric! The color is amazing it is a stunning combination of corals with little pops of other colors
